Ok, maybe it's me being stupid, but, if the President of the good old USA announces to the world that all troops will be out of Iraq by the end of 2011, if you were a member of the Taliban etc, wouldnt you just keep your head down until the last trooper leavs, and THEN cause hell?

Or maybe they will get bored by then??
